Definition of Warrants
Original Charge- investigation was completed and it was found that there was sufficient evidence to result in the issuance of a warrant for the subject but does not mean that the subject of whom the warrant was issued has been convicted of said crime.
Bond Forfeiture- subject has not complied with the terms ordered by the Judge on the original warrant.
Surety to Surrender- bonding company is requesting that they be released from their bond(s) because subject has been rearrested.
Motion to Revoke- subject has not complied with the conditions of probation such as failing drug tests, failing to complete community service, and failing to pay fees.
Order of Arrest- subject failed to appear in court on the date set after original arrest. Courts dates are given when released from jail on a Misdemeanor and in the mail within 2 weeks of release on a Felony
